ADAA's Online Peer-to-Peer Communities

Free Anonymous Online Communities

ADAA has created online peer-to-peer communities for people suffering from mental health disorders to be able to find support, share their stories and connect with others who have had similar experiences. No one should go through it alone and there is power in connection. These communities are free, friendly, safe and supportive places for individuals and their families to share information and experiences.

As a member you can connect with other people experiencing anxiety and depression and related disorders, contribute to ongoing conversations or start your own conversation with a question or a post about your journey.

ADAA Offers 3 Online Communities
